Problems with sleeping?!


Question: Problems with sleeping!?
i am 13 years old at night i don't have any bad thoughts but i still cant sleep although i feel sleepy allot and awake 6:30 but still cant sleep it is dark good weather i absolutely have no problem but maybe anxietyWww@Answer-Health@Com

Personally I have sleeping problems too!. My everyday schedual is to go to bed at 11:30 and wow I can't sleep till it's 2-4!. then later i fall asleep and wake up at 1 p!.m!. ( in holidays)!. 3 times I didn't even sleep at all (funny I was still surving with my daily routine)!.

Ever tried counting sheeps!? ( 1 sheeps, 2 sheeps) with eys closed!?
I did and I went till 130 and still couldn't sleep!. danm!.
But hey, worth trying!.

How about going to bed early and turn on some good music (soft slow ones) and tell your parents to turn it off later after you fall asleep (or auto off) works pretty well for me!.

How about go jogging outside or exercise (push ups) and get really tired and jump into bed and close your eyes and think of nothing at all!.

Is it too hot!?, are you feeling uncomfortable!?, make sure everything around is satisfying you!.

Sleeping pills!? NO!. NO!. STAY AWAY FROM MEDICINES SUCH AS SLEEPING PILLS!. SERIOUSLY BAD FOR YOUR HEALTH ESPECIALLY AT THAT AGE!.

How about just go to bed and CLOSE your eys!. JUST CLOSE!. NO MATTER WHAT DON"T OPEN YOUR EYES!. Just don't open!. keep it closed!. maybe it's been 1 hour or 4 hours that your eyes were closed!. STILL keep them closed and think of nothing just think of nothing at all just breath slowly and relax!. in fewdays you might master the ways of the sleeping!. (currently trying this and works pretty well but not always efective)

I've been in your situation too!
Make sure that you are getting at least 8 hours sleep!. Try not to use electronics (T!.V!. etc) at least an hour before going to sleep, clear your mind, maybe you have stress from your personal life influencing your sleep!. So maybe try and think of what that could be and deal with it!. Hope you can work it out :) Www@Answer-Health@Com
