I'm not hungry anymore?!


Question: I'm not hungry anymore!?
For the past 3 days all ive eaten was just a very little amount of crackers!. and some water or juice!. so basically i have not eaten in 3 days!. Because I am not hungry!. I don't feel to eat!.
my stomach can not handle the smell of food!. when ever i smell food my stomach starts to hurt and i feel nauseous!. when i try to eat food i feel like vomiting!. also when i have ate a meal a little while later i feel sick and throw up!. that's why i eat very little of something!. like i said when i ate the crackers i only ate four and that all i could take!. i feel okay and when I'm not eating or smelling food I'm fine!.
No i have not been purging
No this is not some diet of starvation
No im am not pregnant( im positive i stoped having sex altogether 1 year ago!.)

I want to eat! im getting worried!. i tried forcing myself!. but my stomach keeps rejecting food! ( fruit, vegetables anything!)

Its for a variety of reasons!. For myself, complantcy (i spelled that wrong, sorry) is the biggest!. I get tired of salads, I get tired of chicken, I can't stand looking at fish in a tank, let alone on a plate!. And I know how bad I'll feel if I go back to the old ways of eating-- either sluggishness, no energy or insurmoutable guilt!.
So, look at other reasons you may not be hungry!. Are you stressed!? And I realize we all are to a point, but what is the straw, so to speak!? Is it family, work, finances, the weather ( oh this one really gets me-- dreary cloudy days, man, I just can't get motivted!.!.)
In other words, for the same reasons we eat, we can use those same reasons to not eat!.
Remeber tho, you have to eat at least 1200 calories a day for metabolic processes (come schools of thought are higher, some lower-- I was taught 1200)!. Try to break those into little snack size snacks--not meals!. Change up the menu-- eat breakfast for dinner, eat dinner for breakfast!. Peruse the internet, find some fun foods to eat (Jello is good, be sure to slurp it from the spoon like you did when you were a kid-- make noise!!)
For me, its change the menu!. This week, I added almonds -- I can have 22!. I added 11 to a salad with mandarin oranges with grilled chicken strips and I had a whole new cuisine for a salad (and lemme tellya, I have eaten enough salads to open my own freaking veggie stand, ok)!.
A good place to look for new, innovative recipes is cookinglight!.com!. Also, think of your favorite resteraunt (spelled that wrong too, sorry) recipes!. Think about the ways those recipes could be prepared in a lower fat, lower calorie meal!. Try a new fruit or new veggie (jicama added to salads is neat -- kinda like a fresh water chestnut)!.
It will take some searching to see what's blocking you, but you will bust that wall!. I just know it!.!.
