Question: Anti-depressant side effect !?
My Dad is suffering from depression!. Doctor has given him anti-depressant, but since he started taking them He cannot sleep and is feeling Dizziness !?

sorry to hear your dad isnt well!is it citalopram by any chance!?if so yes this does happen!one can also feel nauseus and tired during the day,most anti depressants take a couple of weeks to kick in and side effects can diminish after this tiem,if not go and see doctor and have meds changed,hope he feels better soonWww@Answer-Health@Com

but what am sure about is they get him hooked to the substance!.
try yoga , make him feel positive around you!. it'll take some effort from your part!.
find out the source of the depression & work on that !
