Question: How 2 wake up on ur own!? !?
my parents could wake up on their own on whatever time they want!. and i have 2 use an alarm clock to wake up on time!. how could they wake up on their own!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well!.!.!. the same thing happens to me!. But I found a way how!.!.!.

Well it may be true your parents can be used to it but for me, I have a VERY hard time waking up on my own and sumtimes!.!.!. the alarm clock cud be right on my head and I still would be sleeping!.

First, think of the time you want to wake up!. if its 6:00 then say 5:30 instead!.!. if its 6:30 then say 6:00 instead and so on!.!.!.

Next, before you go t bed when your laying down repeat the time you want to wake up (Remeber if you want to wake up 6:00 say 5:30!!.!.etc) Repeat it the time outlooud like 25 times while your eyes are closed then keep saying itn your head until you actually fall asleep! Sounds simple right!? But it works! Just do it as I say

And reason why I asked you to say 30 minutes before the time you WANT to wake up is because you may not always wake up at the EXACT time youwant to on the dot!. So its best to go 30 minutes earlier (don't worry you won't wake up at that time) so the time limit can go in between so you'll prob be waking up like minutes to whatever time you want! Oh!.!. and an important thing is to LOOK at the time before you go to bed!. If you don't!.!. you may just wake up at the usual time you do!.

Some people just have a very sensitive inner "clock!." You may just not be one of those people!

But to increase you chances, try to keep a regular schedule and you may find your body automatically anticipates when you need to wake up!. I often awaken about 5 minutes before my alarm goes off! Also, I find that I tend to wake up with the sunrise, so in the winter I find it more essential that I use a clock since the dark lingers longer!. But if I don't keep a regular schedule, or don't exercise, this can interfere with my ability to wake up on my own!Www@Answer-Health@Com

well the answer is simple, their bodies are trained to wake up at that time!. if you wake up at the same time everyday, or around the same time everyday (granted 5-10 min), with aid of an alarm clock, your body will get accustomed to waking up at that time!. then at some point and time you will start waking up around that set time!. but if you were to test it out, you can't expect to get accurate results in a few days, you would have to let your body adjust to the situation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is scientifically proved that it takes 12 days to develop or break a habit!. to develop a habit you must do it for 12 consecutive days in the morning!. to break the habit you have to abstain from doing for 12 consecutive days!. it doesnt work for smoking and habits formed by drugs because of the nicotine in it!. so if you wake up at a specific time each day for 12 days, then it is technically considered a habit!. but everyone is different and it may take some longer than others!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

After you wake up at the same time for such a long period of time you get used to it!. It's like instinct!. In the school year i get really used to waking up at 5:30 and in the summer i got used to waking up at 12!. But i guess everyone's different so some people may not have the ability to do that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it just is kind of like an alarm clock in your head!. you just get used to your schedule and wake up at the same time everyday!. i use in alarm clock just in case i don't wake up but other then that i wake up on my own because i'm just used to it!. i don't know how it happens!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There's a myth my bro told me about that if you go to sleep thinking about the time you want to wake up then you will wake up about that time!. It helps if you sleep regularly I think!.

(I've never tested this!.!.!. he may just be pulling my leg)

natural alarm in your body!. its happened to me before!. since i had to wake up at certain time every morning, at one point i'd just wake up on my own without my alarm!. it takes a while but once you wake up at a certain time everyday, your body will get used to it and you'll wake up on your own!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you go to bed and turn out the lights and try to go to sleep 8 hours or 9 hours before you have to get up, you'll wake up on your own too!. But some people are just wired to stay up late and need help getting up in the morning!. I'm one of them too, but this trick works for me!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Some peoples bodies just get used to a certain rutine after years and years of going to bed and waking up at the same time!.

Use an alarm clock for a while, then your body will develop an internal alarm and wake up around the same time without one!. You could also sleep with the blinds open, that way youll wake up naturally to the sun light!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

After a while of waking up at the same time every morning u begin to just wake up!. The only problem is you have to keep waking up at the same time!.

Go to be early enough to get 8-9 hrs sleep before it's time for the alarm to go off!.

Repeat the same schedule seven days a week!.
