Answers:
Your body needs more than the nutritional value that grapes provide, like fats and calories and whatnot!. You don't "forget" to eat, that's just an excuse translating to "I don't want to eat" so I would say yes, she may have an eating disorder!. If not, she is coming dangerously close to one, and it's a disease!.

You should tell an adult (like her parents/guardian) about this because she can do serious, long-term damage if she keeps up with her bad habits!. As for her privacy, friends don't let friends hurt themselves, and she should know that if you were a decent friend you'd be concerned with her well being!. In the long run, would you rather have her be seriously hurt or mad at you for interfering in her life!? Time heals all wounds, but can do nothing for anyone when they're dead!.

This problem not only requires medical attention, but some seriously counseling and support from friends and family, so keep that in mind as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Anorexia is the perfect recipe for a short life with constant ill health!. She will also feel very weak and very tired all the time!.

Under eating can stunt your growth so if she is still growing she is likely to grow into a short adult!. Fainting spells from under eating are very common!.

If you convey this information to her and she just laughs it off then there is nothing further you can do except perhaps to bring the problem to the attention of her parents!.

If she is an adult then there is not much you can do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't feel guilty and burden yourself with her problem!. The only thing you can do is suggest she gets guidance from a professional or experienced adult!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

does her parents know about this or is she hiding it!. if not you should tell them now as this could become a serious problem!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

sounds like she may be!. is she very thin!. if so you may need the help of an adult to help you help her!. anorexia is not something she can just get over!. she will need the help of a dr!. its not just a eating disorder, it can cause many medical problems too!. your organs need food to function and if she is not getting it her organs will slowly go bad!. good luck!. oh and caring for a friends health is being a good friend!. That's really scary!
I would just tell her the truth I guess!.!.
Tell her you're really worried about her,
and that you don't want her messing up her
body!. She's fine just the way she is!.
And that you care about her health and everything!.
Just let her know you're there no matter what!.
Maybe focus on the great things about her!.!.!.like tell
her she has a great smile or is really funny!.
Try to not talk about food or your own body or anything!.!.!.
Main thing I guess!.!.!.is to just be there for her!.!.!.
And I think you're being a really great friend!.!.!.
you know, not ditching out on her or anything!.!.
good luck!
