When I was a kid, I'd visit my relatives way down in South Texas, we'd eat beets they grew in the field!. Like you mentioned, your pee would be red or pink!. I suspect it's a good thing!? Probably keeps yeast growth at bay, and probably lots of beta carotene!? Www@Answer-Health@Com
Beets will change your urine color, and stool color as well!. trust me i know!. It all depends on how much you eat!. the die in them is so strong the body cant get rid of all of it through your digestive trackk!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
