Answers:
Firstly I'll tell you what you have to do to not get it next time you go abroad on holiday!.!.!.
You have to prepare 3 days in advance:
First Day:Eat a high protein breakfast ,eg, eggs, bacon sausages, steak or steak!. Have a high carb dinner such as pasta potatoes or rice
Second Day: Eat very Light meals
Third day: eat whatever you want today
Departure Day: Set your watch to the time of your destination as soon as you get on the plane, drink water, eat meals according to the time on your watch, stay awake if its daytime at your destination, sleep at night time at your destination, use earplugs, eye masks and headphones to block out noise and light, when you arrive don't go to sleep, take a shower and do something eat meals and go to sleep at normal times!.
Give your body complete rest for a day, don't go to school on Monday and explain why and just get used to your old timezone and lifestyle again!.

Good Luck :)
