yes mine does sometimes!. Its called hunger pangs and is completely normal if u are very very hungry!. Its kind of like a stimuli so that you would respond by eating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Have the doctor see!.!.!. maybe you have ulcers!. People with ulcers feel intense pain when hungry!. I don't ever have pain!. I'm just really hungry!. My cousin had ulcers and always had pain when he was hungry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
