I am permanently tired, even after good nights sleep...whats wrong?!

Question: I am permanently tired, even after good nights sleep!.!.!.whats wrong!?
HI, sorry for the rather self-indulgent question, but i have been awfully tired this week, without a great deal of reason to be!. I exercise, but lack energy to so (I am aware that exercise should improve energy levels)!. I am eating well, getting good nights sleep, however i am still really tired!. Any ideas about what it could be!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may have a little bit of a bug and you need more sleep than you normally would get!. The human also goes through cycles of being restless and then tired!. I would recommend seeing a physician if this continues because it could be a sign of a thyroid condition!. Give yourself a couple days and it does not get better schedule an appointment!. I was exhausted for a period of time and then I found out I was pregnant, I am still exhausted!. So you may want to rule that out!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have you considered that you may be anaemic, that can make you very tired!. Best option is to go the the GP and let them run some blood tests or something!. HTHWww@Answer-Health@Com
