How can i keep awake during classes?!


Question: How can i keep awake during classes!?
Well this occurs almost everyday i have 8 ~ 9 hours of sleep (yes alot for you not for me)!.my doc!. says i have poor blood circulations so dark eye circles form!.Is that what makes me tired!?Also in class i'm not a fan of geography and maths!.

I am 13 and i can't drink coffee or i will burn my stomach and vomit (mm mm)

During the weekends i am a slack jawed guy and i sleep for 11 hours,after that i head over to my grandparent's place i feel a little dust there and i have a very very serious allergy towards it and my eyes would look like they got stung by a mosquito(hesthamine,(not sure how to spell) pronounced hiss-teh-min)

I exercise once in two days (25 push ups 50 sit ups 100 skippings)So theres not a problem with my fitness

You might be getting too much sleep, which can make you feel even more tired!. Try to get 7-8 (not 9-11) hours of sleep per night!. Also, go to bed at a reasonable time!. Shoot for about 10- 10:30pm!.

Wake up earlier, eat a healthy breakfast (such as oatmeal, orange juice, and an egg)!. Take healthy, snacks to school that aren't sugary (choose cheese cubes or wheat thins instead of a Snickers bar), and have a mid morning snack before lunch!. Take Claritin-D for your allergies-- it's amazing!.

If you want to improve your circulation, you need to do something aerobic (not just push ups and sit ups)!. Wake up early enough in the mornings to jog or walk for 25-30 minutes!. Stretch before and after (get a cheap yoga DVD from Walmart)!. Then take a nice hot shower!. It will wake you up!.

Do all of your homework as soon as you get home from school!. The material will be fresher on your mind!. Don't try to do it between classes or the morning it's due!. Pack your lunch, prepare your backpack, and lay out your clothes the night before so the morning won't be a hassle!.

Talk to your parents about making healthier dinners!. Hamburger helper, hotdogs, brownies, and pizza are not healthy and are loaded with sodium, which can make you retain weight and get headaches!. You need foods that are rich in protein and fiber!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try bringing something to class that will distract u a bit and will wake you up when you're feeling tired!. Some ppl suggest bringing in a water bottle, a friend of mine stacks up on chocolates and snacks for those never-ending classes with monotone teachers!.!.!.!.!.good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
