Question: Will I stay fit if for 2 days a week I lift weights and hit the punching bag!?

Weight lifting takes me about an hour!.

you should do at least thirty minutes a day, but hey at least your exercising! stretch it out so you do 15 minutes of hitting the bag and 15 minutes of weightlifting a day!.
