What caused her death?!
Question: What caused her death!?
ok today a kinda friends mom died!. they found her dead in her bed!. she went to sleep and never woke up!. they dont know the cause of her death!. what are options!? is it possible u can die from having a very bad nightmare!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be a number of things, but it could only be confirmed with an autopsy!. Depending on her age, the family may choose not to get one done and just list the death as natural causes!. My grandmother died in her late 70s, and I felt that she should have had an autopsy, but they listed "natural death" as the reason!.
Other possibilities that I did not see listed here were that she could have stopped breathing, or have had a form of severe sleep apnea that was never diagnosed!.
Things to consider were her general state of health, her age, whether she was sick at the time, and her mental health!. These are all the things that they will take into account when doing the autopsy (if they choose to do it)!.
I do not believe that a nightmare alone could cause death, as the body has a built in alarm system that generally wakes you up from such dreams!.

no i dont think you can die from a very bad nightmare unless you somehow get so worked up from it you have a heart attack!. an autopsy will reveal what killed her, though my guess might be something like a hemorrhage in her brain Www@Answer-Health@Com

Being frightened to death is very unlikely, most likely it was a heart attack or if she was suffering from an ilness like cancer then it would be that, only an altopsy will clearlyshow what caused the death!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
An autopsy will be done and her family will be informed within a couple of days the cause of her death!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
