How bad is my problem?!


Question: How bad is my problem!?
i believe i have a big problem with food!. i feel guilty for eating 3 chocolate covered almonds!. i dont eat chocolate or any fat food not even a chip because im scared, my diet cinsists of cereal with soy milk!. lunch is a sandwich with low fat cottage cheese then either grapes or an apple in the afternoon!. dinner is salad if im workin or a stir fry (no oil non stick pan) with a max palm size piece of meat an a smaller pile of veg, im not really skinny i train!. but i am too scared to try new food!. is this problem out of hand!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it sounds like you're neurotic!. You shouldn't be afraid to eat!. If you're training like you say, and training hard, then your body needs protein and nutrients to stay healthy!. There's nothing wrong with regular milk, just get low fat milk!. Don't be scared to eat new foods eating is one of the most enjoyable things we get to do!. I think the answer is yes, you've gotten a little out of hand!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You might want to take it easy with the soy!. It contains a protein that acts as estrogen, and can throw your hormones out of whack because it's pretty much the same as taking birth control!. Try coconut or rice milks instead!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
