I took it a while back for anxiety and depression and it didn't help me at all, but everyone is different so I would say try it for a few months and see how it works for you!.!.!.!.!.It worked out for my grandma so that's the best advice I can give you!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would not recommend taking zoloft because of its effects !. It has been know to worsen depression!. I have taken it before and It caused my panic attacks to be worse!.Lexipro had the same effect as well!. I eventuall had to start taking Wellbutrin SR!. It was rough for the first couple of weeks because it made it !!! A LOT!!! worse but after I talked to my doctor and she halfed the dosage I was fine!. and I lost a good bit of weight while takeing it also!. If I had to recommend a medication for anxiety it would be wellbutrin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc!.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc!.
Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI - Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level!.
But there are natural ways to do it without medication!. There's this strange herb called "St John's Wort" - it is said to be more effective than Prozac!. No, it is not for mild depression only and ignore those sayings!. In fact, it does help anxiety and panic-attacks as St John's Wort works like prozac!. Other natural ways will be exercise, diet, more exposure to light, etc!.
The problem is that, even if your Serotonin is balanced!.!.!. you have that "learned behavior" in your mind!. You need to break that initial cycle to destroy that learned behavior - Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) does this!. A technique that you can use without CBT will be Distraction!.!.!. There are several other techniques to help cope them!
Ok, to use Distraction: Firstly, try to!.!.!.!.

Zoloft has a bad reputation for causing Extreme Depression, and some cases of Suicide in teens!. Also, i have anxiety, and I have taken some stuff, but you don't want to be dependent on a drug your whole life, the only way to cure it is to work through it on your own!. I can now talk to stranger and stuff like, I do occasionally punch my car and yell though!. Oh well, anger is natural!. Anyways be careful and read the Side Effects!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have never taken that, but I am on paxel, I have been on it for years and I don't think I have ever had a headache with paxel!. I might get very small ones but it's not very often and it's not that bad that I can't handle it!. Now before I started taking paxel, my headaches were so bad I just wanted to bang my head against the floor!. They were so bad I would finally thow up and when I did this it eased it up a little or if I cried it would ease it up!. But like I said now that I think about it I haven't had a bad headache since I've been on them, so maybe u might want to try that and it does help anxiety!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've taken it!. It did not help my anxiety and I ended up more depressed than ever!. I did not get any anxiety headaches!. It was more of a dull chest pain and I couldn't breath!. I started drinking "Relaxing Tea" I bought at an Asian Market!. It really helped!. I also started taking walks and (don't laugh) I would sit in a quiet place and make a humming (hummmmm) noise!. I no longer have anxiety and not depressed!. Good Luck!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
