Help! Is the "Choking game" dangerous under these conditions?!

Question: Help! Is the "Choking game" dangerous under these conditions!?
I sometimes get a high from holding my breath rather than being physically choked as is common practice, but I never knock myself out, just go dizzy!. I've read a lot about the dangers of this "game" if physically strangled leading to a faint, but neither of these apply to me since I do not knock-out, nor am I touched during the process!. Does this still cause a loss of brain cells and other ill effects!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is not a game at all even though some pretend that it is, and yes it is very dangerous!. Any restriction of oxygen to the brain will kill brain cells and it's even possible to the point of mental retardation!. You should never purposely prevent yourself from breathing all of the oxygen you need!. It's hard enough to lose brain cells as it is, don't make it worse! Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, it can cause brain cell loss, so can cleaning with ammonia, smoking weed and countless other activities!. I wouldn't worry too much, however, if this is your stepping stone to playing that ridiculous chocking game, I would advise you against it!. I have a niece and nephew that play that and it scares me!. I don't know how to make them stop!. I wish they'd just hold their breath instead!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes!. You are cutting off your airways which in turn kills brain cells!. My advice, stop!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you are doing a dangerous thing!. When you hold your breath you are cutting off your oxygen!. Honestly do you think that is good for you!? Take a really hard run and you will likely get the same rush, have the health benefits and your body will look better!. It is hard to always do what is right for us as we are our own worst enemy!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
