What to do about Anxiety?!


Question: What to do about Anxiety!?
I am not sure what to do, I keep having anxiety attacks throughout the day!. I am not sure what to do about it!.!.!.is there medicine out there for that!? Anyone had experience with this!? I haven't had this up until about a year ago but they seem to be getting worse!. Any suggestions will help!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are plenty of medicines out there, but I would first suggest you try cutting out any caffeine and limiting sugar!. Also, I would encourage you to try to find the route cause of your anxiety!. I know sometimes people have anxiety attacks for no reason, but it's really important to find out what's causing it!. Medicines can provide relief but are like putting a band aid on a deep wound!. If you absolutely need relief, medication might be helpful, but be diligent in trying to find the route cause as this has the potential of being a more permanent solution!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc!.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc!.
Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI - Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level!.
But there are natural ways to do it without medication!. There's this strange herb called "St John's Wort" - it is said to be more effective than Prozac!. No, it is not for mild depression only and ignore those sayings!. In fact, it does help anxiety and panic-attacks as St John's Wort works like prozac!. Other natural ways will be exercise, diet, more exposure to light, etc!.
The problem is that, even if your Serotonin is balanced!.!.!. you have that "learned behavior" in your mind!. You need to break that initial cycle to destroy that learned behavior - Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) does this!. A technique that you can use without CBT will be Distraction!.!.!. There are several other techniques to help cope them!
