I'm pretty sure it's just from the chocolate melting, the sugars solidifying on the surface of the chocolate, then it re-drying!. It happens on chocolate a lot, especially when you leave it set in a warm place for a couple days!. The picture's a little fuzzy, though, so I can't be completely sure, but it SHOULD be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
