i guess it would be best to keep it simple!.
i would explain it like this:
the better we take care of our bodies, the more likely it is that they will last longer!. just like your car, if you don't take care of the engine, moving parts, and give it good fuel, it will give out a lot sooner!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

WOOOW im in a class at my college called P!.E!. for elementary schoolers and we just studied that chapter well you dont tell them you just work them give them 45 minutes of play towards the end of school and well lunch of course just make them active this elementary school obeisity problem has become contagious and well we need to do somthing!. Otherwise they are kids so they arnt gonna listen to a lecture on obiesity hell i could barley do it lol good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
