Question: Does over sleeping make you tired!?
I slept through my alarm this morning and slept like 10 hours!. No joke!. But I actually feel tired!.!.!.!. like way more tired than when I get 7 hours!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it does and to add to this oversleeping is bad for you!. You should aim to get between 7 - 8 hours sleep a night if you want to live a long healthy life and feel refreshed when you get up in the morning!. Anymore or less is bad for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I think it is because you are sleeping for a long period of time your body jsut shuts down as you wake up!. It happens to me when I actually want to get some sleep and sleep more hours than any other day, I wake up feeling even tired then when I sleep for lesser hours!.

Yeah, I know what you're talking about!. If I get too much sleep, my body feels sluggish and extra-heavy all day, and my head is foggy!. I think it's actually worse than getting too little sleep!Www@Answer-Health@Com
yeah seems like when I sleep only like 7-8 hours i'm more energetic during the day but I like sleeping for 10-12 hours haha, but it does make my day kinda groggy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
