I can't swallow pills!?!

Question: I can't swallow pills!!?
I'm 16 years old, and I've never had to take pills in my life!.

Now that I actually have to, I recently found out that I can't swallow pills! I'll either hold it in my mouth until it breaks up, or try to swallow and end up gagging, etc!.!.!.!. i've resorted to opening the capsule and dumping the contents in my food!.

Please help, any tips!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drinking through a straw automatically opens up the back of your throat!. Use one when taking your pills!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

what i used to do is practice with tic tacs!. Even today I have issues on certain days and my pill is HUGE!. All it takes is practice!. Then when you are ready to take your pills put it in your mouth and push it to the back of your tongue, take a large amount of water into your mouth and gulp!. If the pill is all the way in the back of your mouth then it should go down!. Or if you have to keep your mouth shut and rub your throat!. It forces you to swallow!. <3Www@Answer-Health@Com

i know EXACTLY what you mean! i couldnt until i end up having to take one, or two, or even three, everyday for allergies, injuries, etc!. and i finally got used to it!. it comes to you!. just tak a HUGE gulp of water and swallow itWww@Answer-Health@Com
