i cant eat in the morning!. if i do, then it makes me like want to puke!. every morning!. no matter what i eat i feel the same!. even if i drink anythin flavored!. water is fine!. and no i know 150% not pregnant thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

It's not a big deal!. I usually don't eat until the afternoon!. As long as you eat something, whatever works for you works!.
I eat lightly from midday to late afternoon and have my bigger meals at night usually!. I just don't feel the urge to eat until later in the day!.
If it makes you sick to eat early then wait!. Water will hold you over till later in the day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
