Question: I need help badly, suisidal!?
I am a yr 10 at college and this year it has all gone down for me because i am suicidal and depressed all the time!. my friends think I'm doing it for attention apart from 3 friends and i get yelled at the teachers alot because I'm upset!. one of my friends yesterday was really horrible to me in drama and yelled at me because i wouldn't get up and i asked the teacher if i could sit out for a bit, then what happend is i joined in and i was doing the best i could but i still got yelled at i started to think about killing myself that night so i wouldn't have to put up with life!. alot of things have happened in my life I'm just so sick of it and so scared i just want to know what i should do oh and i have seen a counceler but she hasnt done much!. im gna see another counceler and she is real nice!. i have been starting to get suicidal nightmares and then wake up crying or really scare i dont know what to do!. i dont feel like talking to my friends or being with them because i dont want them to see me cry or depressed like this so i usually lonerise myself!. Im also starting to think of suicide 24/7!. im sooooo scared!. I used to cut myself and now i have started to use a rubber band and it makes a realy bad mark and its kind of like a habbit!. if anyone has any suggestions to give me please give me ideasWww@Answer-Health@Com

I have been there myself!.!.!.infact I think we all go through those times at least once in our lives!. But you need to know that IT WILL PASS! You are being brought down, by other forces!.!.!.that you may or may not know about!. You need to ask for help! Are you a believer in God!? If you are then run to him!.!.!.!.If your not then challange him to show you his Might, his Love, and his Help! God does care for you, even if you dont know it, or dont care!. I am not one of those holy rollers!.!.I am just a believer!.!.and I have been there where you are now! God is the one who helped me out of my depression! I know he is the best one to help you now!.!.!.!.
Also make a change in your life!.!.!.it sounds like the college your at, the studies, and the friends are not benefiting you now!.!.!.so PERHAPS you will be happier if you make a NEW CHANGE! Lots of times we get beat down, and dont realize that it is not OUR fault!.!.!.it is the forces around us, and also some of the people around us!.
It would BE GREAT for you to start NEW, FRESH! Go apply for a new college, or even take a break from school!.!.!.I was in college, and so depressed!.!.!.so I made a change in my life!. I saught after God, and challanged him to show me his face!.!.and what he could do in my life!. I then dropped out of school, and became a Fashion print and Runway model!.!.!.for several years I traveled around alot!.!.and met new people, sight seed and learned about myself!.
When we get down!.!.!.we must Take charge of our own lives!.!.!.if someone is putting you down!.!.you NEED to realize that they are really down on themselves!.!.!.and that its NOT you who they should be yelling at!.
To get God to help you, just say this "God Show yourself to me, Save my life!" He will never leave you, nor forsake you!.!.!.he TRULY does love you!. But most people dont know that he CAN NOT help you, if you dont ASK HIM TOO! So ask him to help you!.!.!.and he WILL! You will never REGRET seeking God!.!.!.and you will always REMEMBER this message, and the day you asked god into your life!.

it's not the answer!. you will face challenges like this all throughout your life!. are you on any medications!? there are tons out there that will help you with this situation!. if you are on meds, you need to tell your dr!. what you are expreiancing and he/she can prescribe you somehting else!. there are actually meds out there that have suicide as a side effect!. Stay strong, go to your counslor, and get new friends!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

just go outside and run, or sit in the grass!.

i was just like you in year 10 in till i got councilling it really does help i know how you fell its hard a couple of years ago i didn'tsee myself have a future i saw nothing i saw myself dead!. now i got to college and i see a future for myself you just need to get help and make sure you Talk about it i have days wen jumping off a cliff would be much easier than dealing with it but then i think about my friends and family and that helps just believe in getting better!.
