Question: HELP I stopped biting my nails!.!.!.but !?
Like a lot of people I bite may nails when I'm nervous well I finally managed to get my nail biting somewhat under control!.!.!.!.but now a new problem has emerged the best I can describe it as poison ivy without the poison ivy or or the rash !.in other words I'm really really itchy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It might just be a nerves reaction!.
Some time when people get nerves they do starnge things!.
Like when i get nerves and then talk i sound like im cryong aha!.
