Insomnia; cures for it, besides sleeping pills?!

Question: Insomnia; cures for it, besides sleeping pills!?
I have 100% no probs falling asleep when my husband is home!. I don't change my routine or anything!. When he leaves for work, he's gone for 2 weeks at a time and for those 2 weeks I'm pretty much miserable, b/c i can't sleep!. When he's up watching tv late and I go to bed before him I'm fine!. so its not that I NEED him in the bed with me to sleep!. Its just when I know that he's not here or coming home anytime soon that my body just refuses to give in!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I would if I had this problem try some Australian Bush Flower Essences one of these two combinattions would be helpful for sleep!. Both are good for anxiety but at different levels!. Emergency Essence usually helps sleep and grief, panic attacks sort of things so anxiety at a high level!.

The other Calm & Clear Essence is more for a busy mind and worry sort of thing!. Might be a good thing to have both of then and give them a try!.

They are not a herb or a drug but an energy medicine!.

Try melatonin!. It's a mild herbal preparation with no potential to be habit forming!. Other things to try might be camomile tea, warm milk, a turkey sandwich or check with your doctor about some of the newer sleep remedies which are not habit forming!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You love your husband!. Your just depressed when he is gone!. there's nothing wrong with that!. You just need to work on the separation anxiety you get when he can't be there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try working out, drinking plenty of water, write about your thoughts!.
This should help:)Www@Answer-Health@Com
