Why do I smoke when I'm online?!
Question: Why do I smoke when I'm online!?
I'm not normally a heavy smoker - in fact I could go days without bothering at 1 time!. But now, since I got a computer, I find I'm hardly ever without a cig on the go - especially when I'm posting stuff like this!. It's almost as if it's become part of a ritual!. I'd like to continue with all this internet fun, etc, but I need to break that mental link with the smoking!.

The only way to defeat this habitual behavior, is to imagine you are at a place of work and there are only three breaks allowed at any given time!. Failing this, I have no logical or lucid idea with matters in hand!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
To "break the link" you need to physically break the computer (with a hammer) the throw the cigarettes and computer parts together into a bin, pour petrol over your house and set the whole thing on fire and while it is burning repaet 3 times, I will not smoke when I am online!. Then move to a new house and you will not do it again!. Trust me!. The link will be broken!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
you answered your own question really - it's a habit!. i always make a cup of tea when i watch tv, again for no real reason!.

I used to smoke heavily whilst on line, but it was solved really easily, we now have a rule where there is no smoking allowed in the house!. My home smells much better and I smoke far less if I have to get up and go outside!. try it for a while, see if it works for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i smoke more when im online to, its the waiting of the pages loading or thinking of what to look at, i smoke alot more when on msn, so what i do instead is put the packet out the room so when i need one i will have to get up an get one, an they arnt there for me easily spark upWww@Answer-Health@Com
