I can only drink about 2.5/3 cups of water everyday and i have a hard time sleep!


Question: I can only drink about 2!.5/3 cups of water everyday and i have a hard time sleeping!. help!?
this is a stupid question but i only drink about 2!.5/3 cups of water a day and if i try to drink more it just gets me feeling extremely full!. how can i increase the amount!?

do you drink 8 cups of water everyday!?

oh and the sleeping part!.!.!. well i'm always tired (i think my multi-vitamins are making me tired) but when i try to sleep at night, it's impossible!. i stay laying there for hours!. and if i'm lucky enough to sleep early, then i wake up at around 3/4am and i can't go back to sleep!. is there anything i can do!?

is it true that if you watch too much tv or use the computer too much, you get dark circles under your eyes!? someone from my school said that!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well first off I am not a doctors!.!.I am just going to advise you what I have been told!.

To help with the Water issue, you really need to see a Internal medicine doctor, they can tell you how to help you get more water!. Also EATING fruit is helpful to get some water!.!.!.

Now the sleeping issue!.!.it sounds like you may have sleep apnea, or even may not be getting enough exercise during the day!. Do you work out, or do any thing that should wear you out during the day!? It would help you to get on a Elliptical mechine!.!.and use it for about a hour every morning, try to change your schedule and get up earlier!.!.!.go to the gym, and get a nice work out!. Also it is helpful to do stress exercises!.!.!.that meaning sitting and breathing!.!.!.just do something peaceful!.!.!.dont allow your mind to be all active at night, just before bed!. Actually take a one hour hot bubble bath, just before bed!.!.!.Peppermint is a very good sent!.!. Also if you have a loved one, who can give you a massage!.!.that will help too!. You need to let your stress go!.!.!.and to just relax!.!.!.It would be wise to make your bedroom, and bathroom a peaceful place to be!.!.!.Using peaceful natrual colors such as light greens and blues, light purple!.!. will help to calm you!. When your out and about during the day, working, going to school whatever!.!.!.try to do a breathing exercise!.!.!.when ever you feel stressed!.!.and remember "LIFE is suppose to be pleasant!.!.not STRESS! So if you do have stress!.!.then perhaps its time for a change of pace!.,!.!.change your job, or your classes!.!.or do somthing to help you FEEL ALIVE! Go buy a Sleeping Mask!.!.!.!.They work wonders!.!.and help people like you and I who have sleeping problems!.!.I have several, and I wear the one that fits my mood for that day!.!.lol I also love to listen to music!.!.!.it is very calming to me, some people like to sleep with a water fountian going in their room!.!.!.some like Fish!.!.!.it depends on you!.!.!.Use Silk or Satin sheets, get big huge comfy pillows, make sure you have a luxrious comforter!.!.!.if you like candles, light sented ones, just a hour or so before bed!.!.!.Then before bed, think of happy thoughts!.!.we control our dreams, and if the dream is a GOOD one!.!.!.we tend to not want to wake up!.!.!.lol I know I dont! I am a adult fiction Novelist!.!.and I get my best work from my dreams!.!.lol

To answer your last question!.!.!.No they dont cause circles around your eyes!.!.but they do tend to make you forget to eat properly, and you do tend to stay out of the sunshine!.!.!.so as you can see by being infront of a tv, or computer, especially in the dark!.!.and for long time periods!.!.it is not beneficial to your health!.!.!.!.simple because you are not taking care of yourself!.!.!.So TAKE CARE OF YOU First, then enjoy lifes little pleasures!.!.!.;0)

Dehydration is very bad!.To avoid it, try taking the water at different times a day!. Wherever you go take a bottle of water with you and once in a while take sips out of it!. Try small amounts of water the first few weeks, then your body wiil adjust to it!. I think the vitamins are affecting your sleep, try to stop taking them or try some other ones!. Oh, and yes, too much light can cause eyerags and is bad for your vision!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
