There are trace amounts of all kinds of substances in regular tap water, including trace amounts of medication!. A water purifier is the best remedy to this problem!. As for your eyes, they should not get any worse from your tap water, it would be far more likely that you could get bacteria from your eyeliner in your eyes!. Eyeliners, and mascaras should be thrown away after one month (3 months at the latest) and replaced!. And NEVER allow anyone but your self to use your eye make-up!. Additionally, if you do get an eye infection of any kind, immediately replace all eye make-up, no matter how old they are!. Unless your water supply has some serious issues, I am pretty sure it shouldn't hurt to flush your eyes out with it, but if the future, keep a jug of distilled water around for situations like that!. Sorry, I threw in a lot of extra advice you didn't ask for, but hopefully you will take it and share it with your friends!. I am all about eye health!. !?Take care!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You drink the water from the tap, prepare foods, wash dishes and you haven't died or gotten ill yet, have you!? You bathe and rinse your hair - you will be fine - relax!.!.!.

If you could see the water in other countries - you would appreciate the fact that our country spends a lot of effort in keeping our waters safe!.!.!. If you still feel worried in the future, have your water tested, purchase a britta or pur water filtration system - distill water system - other than that - take it easy, I'd worry more about the eye liner than water damaging your eyes -Www@Answer-Health@Com

Unless your town/city have told you that you need to boil your water to get rid of impurities you have noting to worry about!. The water coming out of you sink is the same coming out of your shower and any other spigot in your home!. You will be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Potable water (drinkable) has standards that must be met in order to be used in a sink/drinking fountain!. Unless you're living in an area without some form of standards (3rd world) then you're fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
