You may not be getting restorative sleep, even if you feel like you are sleeping!. I run an online support group for sleeping disorders, and there are quite a few young and new mothers there!. You can email me if you want!.
I have all kinds of web sites and ten yrs of experience with the support group!. We can help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That problem is called being a new mom, and it will get better as soon as she gets used to sleeping for longer periods!. I did what you do, nap when she napped, and drank lots of coffee (if you are not breastfeeding, remember caffeine is secreted through human milk)!.
Welcome to parenthood!

It might help if you exercise a little, eat well and take vitamins, but other than that !.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Could be slightly deficient in your B vitamins!. I imagine with a young one, you do not eat right!. B vitamins are your energy vitamins so either a good multivitamin or a supplement of your B vitamins, esp 12, would help!. Be careful not to overdose as the side effects are pretty bad (irritability, memory loss, insomnia, tiredness etc)Www@Answer-Health@Com

try eating some healthy meals!.!.!. like protein filled meals and breakfest always eat breakfest!.!.!. and try making a schduel to follow although that one might be a bit hard it might make things a little bit easier on you!.!.!. hope this works i know what it is like to be tired i have a sleeping problem myself!.!.!. Taking care of a baby takes a lot of energy which you were not required to use prior to having them in your life!. Make sure you are getting enough nutrients in your daily diet & try things with caffein (green tea/coffee)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make sure you have a proper diet!.!.!. eating every 3 hours (smaller meals) and are staying hydrated!.

It may be a medical issue causing this (anemia, thyroid, etc)!.!.!. so do see your doctor!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
