Having problems with peeing?!?!

Question: Having problems with peeing!?!!?
I always have woken up at night to pee!. Like twice a night, it's been like that since i've been born!. But for some reason i've been waking up like 4 times to go!. The 1st time and the 4th time i can go, but the third and fourth for some reason i can't i wake up thinking i have to and by the time i get to the porcelain i don't have the urge!.

It's really freaking me out! Oh but for some reason 1 out of those 4 nights i slept normal i like only woke up to go once!.
Why is it that i've been fine then one day this happens!.!?!?

Btw, could drinking soda at like 8 and holding my bladder too long, and eating junk food at like 12 am do this!? My mom says it's all in my head but i just don't know!.

TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK! AHH!

Your mom is right; drinking before you go to bed, eating salty foods helps you retain fluids, and eating late at night can cause you to stay awake!.!.!. A lot of it has to do with your age - you sound young!? then my guess it could be nerves - Try stopping the drinking of soda before you go to bed, lets say after dinner, slow the drinking down - to perhaps a little dixie cup to rinse your teeth - drink your 8 - 8oz glasses of water throughout the day instead so you will be hydrated, but that you kidneys will not need to keep waking you up to eliminate urine!. My nutritionist assures me that snacks at bedtime are okay - but lets change that from 'junk food' to a nice cup of milk and a bowl of homemade popcorn - or milk with pb on graham crackers instead - this will help you sleep better!.

If you try these things out and you still have difficulties, consider calling your doctor; depending on your age and health, and what gender you are - there are conditions that can cause frequent urination, such as diabetes, infection, prostrate problems or if you have had children!.

Many people do not realize that diabetes can show up in your sleep by wetting the bed!.!.!. Many young people are coming down with type 2 diabetes because of lack of excercise and poor eating habits - like eating junk food!.

You need to eat at the same time everynight and have a proper schedule for everything!. Eating food at 12pm and holding your bladder too long are unhealthy ways!. Avoid drinking anything before you go to bed!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could have an overactive bladder!. A friend of mine has this, and there is medication for it, you just need to consult a doctor!. All an overactive bladder is when you have to pee a lot, so it feels like you need to flex that muscle, but you really don't have to go!. And sometimes, you feel like you have to go really bad, but other days, nothing happens at all so this could be the problem!.
The medication by the way, is called Enablex!. But for something serious, just go to your doctor and ask him/her to test you for overactive bladder, and also ask about Enablex!.

soda pop, tea, and coffee have caffeine!. Caffeine has a chemical in it that tells your bladder or kidneys(whicever is responsible for regulation) to stop regulating what fluids you keep, and what fluids you release, or pee out!. It's like a traffic light!. Caffeine makes the traffic light stay green so the traffic just keeps going, and you keep peeing!. I hope that makes sense, haha!. Anyway, you should cut down on sodas!. Just drink water, or fruit juice!. Also, don't drink fluids so late at night!. Follow those 2 rules and you won't pee in the middle of the night so much!. Remember 1!. Drink water instead of caffeinated sodas 2!. Don't drink anything late at night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
