How can I get rid up hiccups?!

Answers:
1 Swallow 1 tsp!. white table sugar, dry!. A study found that this stopped hiccups immediately in 19 out of 20 people!. Repeat up to 3 more times at 2-minute intervals if necessary!.

Step2 Gulp down a glass of water if the sugar doesn't work!.

Step3 Slowly eat a piece of dry bread!.

Step4 Breathe in and out of a paper bag!. Do not use a plastic bag under any circumstances, and don't do this longer than 1 minute!.

Step5 Gargle with water!.

Step6 Repeat the above steps until your hiccups stop!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Everyone's heard of hold your breath, stand on your head, or drink water!. Well, do them all at the same time! Find a way to sit upside-down, get a glass of water with a straw so you can drink it and drink as much as you can while upside down!. If they don't go away right away try holding you breath for as long as you can and drink more water!. This really works! For me and my friend it did, anyways! Hope it works for you! well i swear by reflexology!.!.!. there is a point between your thumb and forefinger that if you press and hold for a few minutes should eleviate your hiccups - on either hand is fine!. also if you stand up straight then stretch both of your arms above your head and take dep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth this should help!. Also another pressure point is just below the breastbone - gently massage this in a circular motion and your hiccups should go away!.

This always works for me!. Hold your breath and take 5 big gulps of water!. Be sure to still hold your breath!. Hopefully it will cause you to burp which will help the hiccups stop!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
