My mom use to do this to us as kids and we NEVER got sick in the winter!. Boil hot water, but it in some sort of large container, then dump scoops of Vicks Vapor Rub into it and stir!. Sit over the steaming water with a blanket over your head for like 30 minutes while inhaling!. It may feel like your suffocating but believe me, after that you wont have to worry about getting sick this winter, and that cold/congestion will be knocked out fast!Www@Answer-Health@Com

All you can do is over the counter symptom relief and time!. you may want to try to find dayquil or nyquil liquid rather than pills!. when it comes to nasal spray don't use Afrin or Neo-synephrine more than 3 sequential days no matter how good it may feelWww@Answer-Health@Com
