Question: Do you shake when you get really mad!!?
Whenever someone does something to pss me off my hands get real shakey!. Like earlier i wrote a blog on my myspace and one of my ignorant friends had to post a stupid comment and i just wanted to go off on him!. Now Im feeling all shakey like my hands are!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

it's part of the fight or flight response!. you're stressed and your body is ready to take off, either out of the way or at the person causing the problem!. anxiety about confrontation causes the same thing, and i think this is a case of both!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
