heat the turmeric (not the powder) in direct flame!. smell-in the vapour that arises from the turmeric (a long one) continuously even though u feel a irritation in ur nose for 1/2 hr for 2 days 2times a day mail me the result this works good as i have my own personal experience (a good one only dont panic)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can make a tea from dried thyme leaves!. Just steep the leaves in a sachet or tea ball!. Then add 1/4 c!. of the tea to a mug of chamomile tea!. Add honey, which is so good for you when you're sick!. Drink this every few hours!. I make about a quart of the thyme tea and drink on it all day!. It will totally knock out your cough!. There is no way to cure or speed up the duration of a cold!. Just get plenty of rest, push fluid intake and take paracetamol for discomfort!. All these remedies you can buy over the counter that claim to 'cure a cold' etc are simply a waste of your moneyWww@Answer-Health@Com

Drink some hot tea!.!. or something!.!.

For the sore throat, gargle warm salty water every few hours!. Its not pleasant, but It helps!.!.

put a pearl of garlic in ur mouth and keep the mouth shut for 15 mins
drink some milk with a teaspoon of turmeric powder
keep drinking warm water (preferably hot)
