How can I train my body to wake up earlier?!


Question: How can I train my body to wake up earlier!?
I have been having a real hard time waking up in the morning!. I get enough sleep every night, however, in the morning I am always really lazy and sleepy and I don't want to get up!. How can I become more of a morning person!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

We all have built in clock which is called a biological clock and works with and without our knowledge!. So what you have to do is to get up early at some predetermined time daily for about one month with the help of alarm clock or awakened by a friend or family member!.

After a month of this you will automatically awaken at that time as your body would have become tuned to this time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
