Sucking in your stomach....?!


Question: Sucking in your stomach!.!.!.!.!?
If I walked around all day, sucking in my stomach as much as I could, would that help tighten those muscles after having a baby!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

God people are stupid!.!.!.!.!.NOT you!.!.!.I mean some of the answers I see on here!.

Of course it will!.!.!.!.anyone who says otherwise is an idiot!. Think about it, what are you doing when you suck in your stomach!? Exercising a muscle!!!!

So aside from how effective it is, I don't know why some idiots would claim that its any different than doing a crunch!. Sure you target different muscles!.!.!.but you are still using muscles and these muscles will tighten and get stronger upon use!.

Remember that since you are doing this constantly all day long it will be more like a swimmer body than a power lifter!. There is a difference in the way muscle tissue responds to healing after immediate tear/stretch damage after some exercises versus the way it heals due to exhaustion over time like a swimmer!.

Point is, yes it helps!.!.!.I do it every day!. you would be amazed at how you can train yourself to not even know you are doing it!.

Also, after childbirth, I do know that selenium is important to increase the elasticity of your cells!.!.!.not only helps prevent major things like cardiac and cerebral aneurisms but also other stuff like stretch marks and sagging eyes and breasts!. Of course, check with doc if you have any weird issues with certain vitamins or minerals!.

Yes it will, any exercise coach or professional always tells you to tighten your abdominal muscles while you are exercising!. My mom also told me after she had her kids that she would tie a sheet or something roughly that size around her middle and it helped,, she stayed a size 6
with a flat belly and did not exercise!. I did not do what she said and I look like I had 5 kids instead of two with the belly hang!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I love this exercise!. It's really helped me Take a look! Its tough at first but once your stable its a little easier!. Once you get good at doing the exercise as shown, try one upping it, and keeping your legs straight!.

actually yes!
when I worked out on a regular bases, I sucked in my stomach every where I went, (school, shopping, even sit ups)

It tightens up your abs, and it really helps with great posture too!.

Actually it would!.
The problem is two things!.
1) You'll forget to do it!.
2) It doesn't burn as many calories as sit-ups or active exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
