Not sure you could by just twisting alone!. At least not for a while!. The neck would snap pretty quick and the person would be dead but the flesh would still be connected and the head could be twisted around a good number of times without breaking the skin!. You might need to twist and pull in order to break the neck and remove the head!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
