Multiple Anxiety Attacks Everyday?!


Question: Multiple Anxiety Attacks Everyday!?
Everyday I get about 15 anxiety attacks a day!. Simple thinking just triggers them!. I get heat flashes from my neck up, terrible headaches, and I just can't function!. Each episode is on and and off for about 15-20 minutes!. I must get at least 15 episodes a day!. This is driving me crazy, what can I do to stop these!? Is there any daily medication!?

Notes:
I get irregular heartbeat, fast and slow when really stressed and nervous!.
I take symbicort and singulair daily!. Albuterol at least 3 times a week!. (Asthma and Allergies)

this happens to me also what my counsellor is having me do right now when i have a trigger is something called 54321 First name out load 5 objects you see 5 you hear and 5 you feel then do 4 for each then 3 then 2 then 1 and do it very slow and remember out loud it helps you should try and see how it works for you good luck sweetie!. and yes their is medication i took abilify for a while but quit cuz i have no insurance anymore but if you do look into getting on something!. Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc!.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc!.

Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI - Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level!.

I went to a psychologist who sent me to a psychiatrist who prescribed me 2 medications to stop them!. There are tons of different medications out there to help you!.
