It may make your throat feel a bit better, but a strep throat is a bacterial infection and needs antibiotics in order to kill the germs and do away with the infection!. Salt water will not kill the germs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i had strep throat a month ago and i was miserabllllllllle!. but take Cepacol!. its a throat cough drop!.!.!. numbs your throat really well!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
