I just recovered from a stomach bug, and several days later my apatite still....!

Question: I just recovered from a stomach bug, and several days later my apatite still!.!.!.!.!.!?
I just recovered from a stomach bug or it could of been food poisoning, I didn't vomit it or anything it just had bowel problems (you know what I mean)
So I drank only water for around 43hours (tues-wed), and then ate toast and dry biscuits for another 24-34hrs(thursday-friday), and I just came back from dinner and had a ceasar salad!.
Now I feel a bit sick and woozy from the salad and extremely tired!? (I did see a doctor and he told me to do the diet restriction from wed-friday)

Is this normal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Perfectly normal!.!.!.I recently had a nasty tummy bug too and it took me almost a week before I was totally back to normal!. You will slowly get back to normal and be bale to eat again without feeling yucky and tired!. Just continue to take it easy and eat fairly plain until you are 100%!. Chicken soup (homemade if possible) is a really good snack for you while your tummy is still delicate!. Avoid spicy and highly flavoured foods and deep fried foods for a week or so and chocolate probably tastes pretty awful at the moment too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It can take a couple of days to get back to feeling normal after a stomach bug - particularly if you've been fasting!. Try eating little and often - go for a little of what you fancy, but keep off too much rich and/or spicy food and keep resting!. Ooh - and keep up your fluid intake, but again, little and often so as not to overload your stomach!.
