What symptoms can occur when someone is overworked and exhausted for an extended!

Question: What symptoms can occur when someone is overworked and exhausted for an extended period of time!?
I could go into a lot of detail here, but basically I've been working too many hours at my job for the past 2 years!. I've been tired, but have been able to make up sleep time on the weekend!. I don't have much of a social life because of this!. Well, basically I moved a little further away so now between my 1 hour each way commute and my 12 hour work days, plus moving in and everything else, I'm completely exhausted and I'm just not getting enough sleep period!. (My job hours are non-negotiable, it's a take it or leave it job)

Here's a list of symptoms I've had recently and I'm wondering if it can all be caused by what I consider to be exhaustion!. (And I'm not going to a doctor, I don't have time, seriously!.)

Gradually over the last 2 years -
Tiredness (obviously)
Headaches (short stabbing pains near my neck)
Bodyaches (Everywhere, especially my neck)
Sore, achy eyes
Having trouble remembering to do little things
Occasionally feel like I'm in a cloud, it takes me a while to catch what someone is saying!.

Recently - All of the above, plus

DIZZY SPELLS!! - Basically Vertigo for a few minutes about 2x a week!.

Body Aches more, especially when I get up in the morning on a weekend!. I can't sleep more than 8 hours on a weekend!. I'm still tired but my body hurts so bad! Feels better with a hot shower!.

Sorry for the long rambling but I don't know where else to find this info!. There seems to be very little information about what happens when you just don't get enough sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Could also be dehydration!. Since you are overworked, you are probably dosing up on caffeine and sugar!. The caffeine will actually act as a diuretic to eliminate water from your system!. You need to be sure that you get 64 ounces of water per day!. Vertigo could come from a sugar crash or low blood pressure!. Sometimes when you have been stressed for a long period of time, your body doesn't relax immediately!. You need to take "power naps" in the afternoon to add to your total amount of rest!. You also need to REALLY try to eliminate some of the stress!. Re-evaluate what you are spending your time on!. Start with finding an extra 15 minutes per day to relax!. Before bed would be great!. If you can't sleep for more than 8 hours, get up, do something then go back to bed again!. After further reading your symptoms, it sounds as if you have fibromyalgia!. Does it hurt when your press on your chest just below your collar bone!? If it is fibromyalgia, all of the things I suggested earlier still help!. A doctor can give you further guidance!.

Hope you feel better! Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well if you honestly don't have ANY time to go to a doctor, and you have asked to see one but you COULDN'T get time off then that really sucks, but i think you should just look up the symptoms on the Google or something :/Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your body is telling you to find another job, time to listen!. No job is worth getting sick for!.

Find a job closer to where you live even if it pays less!. IF you can not afford the house you live in find something more modest as you health is what makes you know you are going in the right direction!.

Try some Australian Bush Flower Essences Calm & Clear Essence in the mean time to help out with the exhaustion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Those are all symptoms of exhaustion!. Try thinking about what you're eating and drinking too!. If you drink any caffeine, cut it!. If you are only able to pack in a few hours of sleep, you need them to be completely productive sleep hours!. Eat a bigger breakfast, and smaller lunch and dinner so that you're not passing out with a rock in your stomach, also making sleep less useful!. A good multivitamin and increase your water intake should help with the body aches!. Try glucosamine, it may help with the body aches, and if not, no harm no foul!. MAKE TIME FOR A CHECK UP!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
