hi i have scoliosis and i where a brace for it will it make the useless mussel go away if not how because everytime i slouch it looks like i have a big ugly humpWww@Answer-Health@Com

Your surgeon will have given you a brace because he thinks that is the best way to try and fix your curve and prevent it from getting worse!.
The hump is just due to the curve of your spine- the muscle is getting pulled in different directions!. Try and practice good posture whenever you can, use a good chair when studying and sit properly when watching TV or in school or whatever!. This should try and reduce the appearance of the hump, and it isn't ugly!. I had Scoliosis surgery earlier this year, and I have a scar running all the way down my back and I am so proud of it!
