Answers:
it sounds like a panic attack, to start, next time it happens, take a deep breath through your nose, then breath out slowly through your mouth!.!.do this ten times, you should also go and see your gp!.!.good luck :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would say yes!.!.!.!. You probably had an anxiety attack!. I have had them for years and can honestly say that Xanex has been my saving grace!.!.!. A Godsend, really!. My suggestion to you would be this: If they persist, see a doctor!. Tell him/her what you are feeling and they will be able to diagnose it!. Don't ignore this problem though! Many people think it's all in your head and that there is no real need for medication!. I completely disagree!. This is your life and you should take control, rather than letting panic attacks control you!.
Best of luck, really!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wow - that's neat! Yes, could be an anxiety attack, but then you'd be really extremely anxious!.

Can be just one of those points where you come face to face with what you are and what reality is and time stops!. They're kind of fun states but cause anxiety too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
