It does sound like some symptoms I had when I was dehydrated!. I also have this feeling for about 24-36 hours after a migraine!. I would suggest drinking water or gatorade (about 32-64 ounces) then getting some restful sleep!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

it could be just a headache or migrane or it can be a major thing such as a brain tumorWww@Answer-Health@Com

You probably have debris in your middle ear!. If moving your head causes dizziness, that's often what causes it!. It can be corrected with a series of head maneuvers, but I don't know what these maneuvers are called!. You could also have labyrinthitis, which is a middle ear infection!. The headache is probably caused by the same thing!. It often goes away on its own!. If lasts more than a few days or you start getting nauseous or can't stand up, it is time to see a doctor!. However, not all docs know about the head maneuvers, and the only other treatment is a drug called Antivert, which doesn't really work very well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
