Question: What is this pain!? would anyone know!?
the back of my shoulders and the top of my back are hurting on and off!. my chest has been hurting on and off too!. i kind of feel out of breath when i talk!. what's going on!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm no expert, but it sounds like your spine may be out of alignment!. Add stress to that, and I often end up with something similar to what you're describing!. If you've been under a lot of stress recently, try to take it easy for awhile!. Just relax!.
If you can go to a chiropractor, they can usually help - some aren't too great, but a good one can really help!. Main thing is just try to relax and drink more water too - sounds stupid, but it helps your muscles lose their soreness!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
