Hi J

I believe it's a neurological reaction, under autonomic control and related to the nerves that are involved in bladder activity and control!.

They extent of shaking however may be an individual thing!. If you have any neurological/psychiatric symptoms otherwise, please check with yar doc/GP ASAP!. (like other types of shaking, either generalized-body in gerneral or specific site/s) and have noticed this for sometime!.

Trying to prevent your nervous system from becoming 'hyper-active', thought to be under genetic control/expression even after birth and at any stage of life!.

It may be nothing!. beeing aware is good!. Don't worry!. Regular checkups and a healthy body are all that's needed, ta prevent lifestyle/ or chronic illness in general, infectious diseases as ya know are generally very well treated and eliminated!.

So fear not!.

Idk!. I've never noticed myself shaking my leg except when I'm running for the potty!.

But my son and husb both--I can tell they need to go because their legs are moving back and forth!.
