there are sooo many reasons that your period may be delayed or come come earlier!. Stress is the number one reason!. Or if you had any type of new sexual activity!.

Does this happen a lot!? If not, don't worry!. No one's periods are perfectly regular!. If so, then have yourself checked by a doctor!. It could be a hormone thing!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
