Okay, well, I ate three chewable vitamans and now I have been sick for the past 3 days!. Is it because of the vitamans!? I'm not really sure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, taking three chewable vitamins, so long as they were just your run of the mill multivitamin, will not make you ill!. It would take much more than three of these for your body to have an adverse reaction to them!. It's probably a stomach bug that you have and has nothing to do with what you took!. Too much of one vitamin like Niacin or D can make you sick!. YOu should be feeling normal soon so dont worry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
