My sons are both in law enforcement & have smelled that horrific death smell many times!. They say they can't explain what it smells like, but I can only imagine!. My sons say it smells worse than "roadkill" as I asked them about that once!. They say that smell stays with them for quite some time!. I know that one of the smells my son talked about was that of human waste!. No, you do not sound like a weirdo!. Maybe someday, you can ask a police officer, sheriff's deputy, homicide detective, etc!. what the "death smell is like!." Www@Answer-Health@Com
