How often should I keep repeating my Sun Protection Lotion?!

Question: How often should I keep repeating my Sun Protection Lotion!?
I have alot of moles on my neck, and tons of freckles, and a few moles on my hairlines, etc, and, I am a big health freak, because I have some sort of Hypochondria or something like that!. Anyways, I'm usually outdoors in school at break, at 11!.40 till 12!.00, then for 40 minutes at 12!.40, till 1!.10!. Should I keep applying it every time I'm about to go outdoors!? Or will once be okay!? I just want to be safe thats all!.

Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Every hour or so, and after swimming!. If you have moles and freckles, then SPF 15 isn't high enough for some climates with your skin type!. These factors are recommended for your skin by dermatologists!.

CLIMATE SUFFICIENT SPF for pale skin
Temperemate, on a warm day!. 15/ 20!.
(eg New York, England!.)

Hot (eg Mediteranian, Turkey) 30 - 40!.

Very hot (eg Australia, Florida) 50 + Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you have moles and freckles i would suggest a higher factor, The lower the factor the more you have to re-apply i would re-apply when you go back outside!.
Or you can buy piz buin its called once and it does what is says just apply once and thats it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the spf determinisms how long it needs to be in between reapplying i use factor 50 on my little boy so i would need to reapply every 50 mins!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. it's nice to see someone being bothered about protecting their skin keep up the good work!Www@Answer-Health@Com

In Australia, it's recommended you reapply every 2-3 hours if you are going to be out in the sun!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
