Headaches, now eye twitches constantly?!

About 2 weeks ago now I started getting headaches on the right side of my face, it felt like they were behind my eye because it felt like pressure or something heavy!. It only went away if I pushed my eye in but that then hurt my eye so I had to stop!. During these headaches which lasted a week my bottom right eyelid started twitching every now and again!. Ever since then and even though the headaches have gone my eye is still twitching, it has gotten so bad I feel like punching myself in the eye!. I have just been to a wedding today and it was literally none stop!. I am not stressed or worried or nervous and I sleep perfectly fine! My vision is normal but this is really getting to me, does anyone know what this may be, should I be going to the doctors or the opticians!? Please help!!!!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
